Troy Elmore- Managing Partner

Troy's fifteen plus years in sales ranging from the industrial industry to the software industry brings a wealth of knowledge to the sales consulting/training industry.  As a Senior Sales representative for a major industrial fluid sealing company, he was responsible for selling, servicing, and training a multi-million dollar territory inclusive of major customers including Shell, Celanese, Dupont, Lyondell-Citgo, and many more.  Troy also spent time in the software industry as a Senior Sales Representative for a large company based in Houston,TX.  He worked multi-million dollar enterprise deals with customers such as MasterCard, AG Edwards, Mutual of Omaha, and Con Agra Foods.

Troy has won numerous awards for performance within the Sandler Training network.  He has trained thousands of salespeople in various industries and has spoken for many national associations including Greater Houston Builders Association, National Pest Management Association, Vistage, American Institute of Architects, Greater Houston Partnership, BOMA, Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce, and many others.  Click here to hear an audio sample of Troy Elmore speaking

Troy is a graduate of the University of Houston in their Executive MBA Program.  He also received an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.  With this experience Troy can help companies reach their goals through practical, proven, and experienced-based methodologies.

 

  

Brad Freyer- Managing Partner

With a diverse background in business development, sales, and marketing, Brad brings a great deal of experience and success to the Sandler Training team.  As an award winning top performer for the past 10 years, Brad has established new marketing campaigns and introduced new product lines to the Houston market and cultivated and closed multi-million dollar contracts. Prior to founding and launching their Houston office of the Sandler Training in 2003 Brad worked in such industries as communications, medical, and heavy equipment/industrial civil construction while establishing and maintaining a client based which included Dow Chemical, Bayer, BASF, Minute Maid, City of Houston, Harris County, Shell, The Houston Texans, Reliant, and KBR.  With his proven and unconventional background Brad offers a wealth of insight to the different approaches, processes, and environments of sales including selling to and for:  Fortune 100, manufacturing, industrial, municipal bidding, business to business, indirect sales to contractors, and distribution.

Sylvia Harris- Senior Partner

For over 10 years Sylvia Harris has established herself as an elite business development professional in and around Houston in the high-end health, fitness, and hospitality community.  With an impeccable record in sales and sales management for the organizations such as The Houstonian Hotel, Houstonian Club and Spa, Shadow Hawk Golf Course, and The Houstonian Lite, Sylvia brings incredible talent, high energy, and a natural passion to the sales consulting industry.  In addition to her practical experience she has also been involved with the Sandler Sales Institute for approximately four years where she has assumed the role of Vice President of Business Development.  With her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston and her desire to deliver the best product and customer service available, Sylvia has made an immediate impact on the Sandler Training team and with her clients.  She has also made an impact on the community with numerous awards including the 2007 Southwest Shaker Award from the Greater Southwest Chamber of Commerce.

 

Annette Monks

Annette Monks – Vice President

For 20 years, Annette moved up the ranks in the staffing industry. She served in many capacities including recruiter, account manager, operations manager, recruiting specialist, area manager, district manager, vice president of training & operations, commercial manager and regional vice president.  Along the way she earned the respect of her colleagues, clients and competitors. This was manifested by the number of sales, team and leadership awards she received for both herself individually and on behalf of her teams.  Most important to Annette was the satisfaction she received from bringing positive results to her business and developing her teams professionally. 

Annette has a BA in Communications from the University of Houston and is involved in many networking and community organizations throughout Houston including the Junior League, Greater Houston Partnership, Texas Association of Personnel Consultants, and various Chambers.  Having had P&L responsibility for up to $96 Million in Revenue, she brings a high level corporate management experience to the Sandler team. With a strong drive towards success she will continue to gain personal satisfaction from watching her clients achieve positive results and new heights as professionals.
